Pilates tailored to your body — 1:1 in the comfort of your own home, or in a friendly small group class at a local studio. Whether you're recovering from injury, staying active as you age, or building strength from scratch.
Most people wait until pain forces them to act. You don't have to.
A back, hip or knee that complains every time you get out of a chair — and a body that feels older than it should.
You've rested it, you've waited — but you still don't trust it, and you're scared of making it worse.
Long days at a desk or in the car have left you rounded, tight and uneven — and you can feel it.
You've stopped doing the things you love because you're not sure your body is up to it any more.
"You shouldn't have to give up the activities you love — or accept pain as just part of getting older."
Pam — Level 3 Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor.
My Pilates journey began eight years ago as a way to build strength, mobility and balance. But it was rehabilitating my own injuries — a knee meniscus tear from running and hiking, and gluteal tendinopathy — that showed me its real power.
For two years, Pilates was the foundation of my recovery. It gave me back my strength, my stability and my confidence — and pain-free movement. That experience inspired me to qualify as an instructor, so I could help others do the same.
I know first-hand how frustrating injury and persistent pain can be. That's why I teach with empathy, patience and a focus on your individual needs — incorporating movement, joint mobilisation, squat training and hanging, the tools that were game-changers in my own healing.
Every session is tailored to your goals, needs and experience level.
